Clients may be seen at several sites around the county as well as in Washington, D.C.
This organization provides reduced fee legal services to low-income immigrants and their families. Areas covered include immigration and naturalization issues (green cards, assistance with immigration and visa forms), asylum and deportation defense, family, and employment issues, and self-petitions for battered spouses. Court representation is available in some cases. No referrals are required. Clients are seen by appointment. An initial consultation is $60 and future representation is based on a sliding scale.
